Our room was on the 5th floor and so windows were velux in the ceiling so at times felt like you was in an attic and down side was you couldn’t see outside to see what weather was. Tea/coffee in room but it’s only enough for one drink per day so had to ask for more. Room serviced daily which was great. Bar staff were great and make some awesome cocktails. "

A short walk from Tierpark U-Bahn and directly next to a tram stop it’s a clean, cheerful modern hotel with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast room. "Always a nice stay at the Sana. We enjoy every thing about this hotel. Great breakfast, comfortable room, friendly staff."

"The hotel has air conditioning but it doesn't reach the 8th floor. They gave us two fans for each room and it was still too uncomfortable to get a good sleep. Everything else was wonderful and if it wasn't for the AC problem I'd highly recommend this hotel. The AC might be better on the lower floors because it was great in the bar and restaurant. "
