"Overall the stay was great and good value for our family. The location was good for us as we were trying to stay near friends. The main door to enter the building was usually unlocked and you were able to push open the door. Not an issue for us but would be if traveling alone perhaps.There was a Large amount of trash on the 2nd floor that was there for the duration of our 3 day, 2 night, stay and the smell was rough but didn’t make it into the apartment.The communication with the owner was...

"It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...

"Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental."
