"Great property! Just what we needed… close proximity to midtown, clean and cozy, a place for four of us to relax and spend quality time together. Owner Sam was so responsive and helpful! I accidentally locked myself out and he was able to get me back in (remotely!). I was so grateful. The surrounding neighborhood was a nice surprise. I enjoyed a 1 mile walk and explored much of it. The Cuban Mexican place (Gondo Fusion) is less than a minute walk and soooo good!! "

"Overall property was great and the unit was just as described. Beds are good, kitchen is fully equipped. We had a hard time checking in with the lock code. But the property owner responded very quickly. It appears to be a newer unit and some upkeep needed to be done in the front yard. Also, for the short term there is a large building under construction next to it. It can be loud in a weekday morning, but I would say after November it would be completed. "This is a beautifully designed unit in a perfect location -- very close to all that Midtown and downtown has to offer. It did not prove to a peaceful respite, however, as the walls are paper thin and the neighbors in the adjacent unit were extremely noisy throughout -- running laundry (which is just outside the bedroom) at 1:00 AM; doing full construction work at 8:00 AM (same morning); talking loudly on the porch just outside the living window, etc. Giving 4 stars because the unit is so nice --...

"A beautiful property, gorgeous kitchen, so many full bathrooms, great deck! The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Everything was very clean. Lots of towels and blankets! Most everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Great location - plenty of parking. Our only piece of feedback would be a few more items for the kitchen - cookie sheets, a strainer/colander, and another large frying pan and saucepan.
