Check-Out: By 11:00 AM; no late checkouts. Before leaving: dishes in the sink, used towels gathered, trash and recycling in the indoor bins, lights and AC/heat off, door locked.

Parking: Street parking only. No dedicated parking spot.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the apartment.

Plumbing: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no wet wipes of any kind).

Security: August Smart Lock auto-locks after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything. We cannot package and ship items left behind.

Pets: Pets welcome, up to 2. Pet fee is charged at booking. Please keep pets off furniture and pick up after them.
