Kauniit nököalat.Puhelimen käyttöohjeet puuttuvat. Näennäisesti helppokäyttöinen mutta en saanut toimimaan yhdellä napinpainalluksella. Vähän säilytystilaa. Ei kerroshoitajaa pitkällä käytävällä. Uima-allas pikkuruinen, uimahallin suihkut heikot,vaikea peseytyä. Saunassa käytetään uimapukuja ja uimahallissa stringit."

"The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling....

"So much to say about this beautiful hotel- from location, employees, and features!! Staff was friendly and treated us like valued guests. We loved the amenities, including the pool(!). The breakfast was outstanding and the executive twin room was spacious for our family of three. Room was kept meticulously- and we were delighted by water and snacks left for our enjoyment. The staff provided great recommendations for dining and activities. We lament we didn’t have time for spa...

"Staff was impeccable. Rooms were spotless. Best sleep ever. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. We used their airport service coming and going and the Mercedes van was super luxurious. We felt like royalty. Fabulous location. A 4 minute walk took us to Bo & Mei every morning for coffee and pastries. Easy location to Metro and bus. I would stay there again if I had the opportunity. "
