Had balcony, unable to open, asked but no one came to help, I gave up too easily. No safety features in tub/shower like bath mats and grab bars. Breakfast buffet was a disorganized stampeded."

Think the location of the hotel isn’t as close to the metro, still ok if you’re planning on visiting around that area. Had a local grocery store which was ideal to get bottles of water, cute cafes and restaurant nearby that were lovely. Great location, you are on the pedestrian walkway and only minutes from a key market area, plenty of shops and restaurants available. The view from the roof top dining is spectacular."
