"The property was very clean and the staff throughout were very warm and very welcoming. The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. Expedia was extremely unhelpful to resolve this issue, which added to my frustration....

"Nice friendly staff. Nice pools and great food. Buffet is much greater than Ala carte restaurant. Rooms are spacious with nice balcony. Beach is rocky and it was a bit chilly at the beginning of May. Overall was a nice experience."
