Nosso chalé apresentava goteira na sala, internet sem funcionar e cortinas com mofo. Apenas a cortina foi retirada. Passamos dois dias reclamando da internet e da goteira, sem solução. "Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"
