"I was there on business. Nice clean hotel, but I wish the breakfast also had more European/western food.
staff is immensely patient: some Korean visitors were yelling at the reception staff 4 times during my stay, and the staff didnt shout back. If it was in Europe, those guest would have been thrown out.
Way too polite staff! South Koreans really need to do something with their attitude. I have several South Korean friends and all of them are great people. "

"Lovely hotel with beautiful view of the sunset every night. Only downside is that its a little bit away from the markets and centre of town, but tuk tuks / taxi's easy and cheap enough to get there. "

"We stayed at Vientienne overnight to transfer from Laos to Vietnam and choose to stay here. The hotel is brand new and the attention to the details of the staff, their helpfullness and kindness was distinguishing. Spa, pool and rooftop bar was a bonus with a nice view of the monument. They also have a more resort style hotel called Souphattra Heritage, this one looked more like for business travelers which we loved to enjoy the quietness over the weekend."
