"Everything was almist perfect and would have given 5 stars if house keeping was also as good as other areas of services. I had to keep reminding the front desk about proper cleaning of the room, especially restocking of complimentary 2 bottles of water. Overall, it was a great one week stay. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. All good!"

That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). "There are many outdoor and indoor swimming pools, quite, the hotel itself is not so crowded. Price is very good. However, it's far away from anything, the next city Amasya is 30 km away using isolated rural roads. Reception and hotel staff are very friendly but speak only Turkish. Swimming pools/spa: Are open to the public against fees. Since the hotel is located far away from cities, loads of busses of villagers from around come to use the facilities of the hotel. The pool staff is overwhelmed...
