"Entire break was excellent. Let down by queuing for breakfast at Steak on Six as they looked under staffed. Made all meal bookings at reception when checking in but first nights meal at Pad was not in their system. They were full so squeezed us into a table but not what you would expect. Apart from these minor issues the overall stay was excellent and staff are tremendous "

"Mixed review on service... 1st day we arrived and ordered room service, they tried to hide a £10 service charge, they removed it after we complained so be careful. Apart from that, the services we got from the waiters and waitresses was fantastic... we came for a wedding so don't know if the service we got from those really lovely waiting gang was a one off, I hope not. Lovely gardens and great car park close to reception too."

"Beautiful gardens, large stone balcony with bench, table chair and cushions, lounges and restaurant lovely and spa pool very nice. Sofa bed in suite was returned to sofa in day and made up as a bed each night. Breakfast good and service very good throughout our stay."

"A Hidden Gem of a Hotel. Staff Are All very Friendly and made us Feel very Welcome. Food is First Class. Grounds are very well Manicured. Excellent base for Visiting Bristol, but you will need a Car as Hotel is off the Beaten track."
