Not familiar with the brand Vias hotel prior to this visit, but WOW this hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise. Almost everything about it was PERFECT!!! The staff was so friendly; the services were quick and efficient, the location is convenient and picturesque- great hotel and very affordable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vung Tau, Vietnam. My compliments to the General Manager of this hotel. Thank you

Room were clean, helpful staff and an exceptionally beautiful pool. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Recommended

open space & ambient

It’s a great place to stay in Vung Tau. This apartment unit is so clean and is a good size for a family or a small group of friend. We stayed on the 34th floor with beautiful view and a spacey balcony. They also have a gym and a sky pool with jacuzzi. The host was so friendly, helpful and kind. We left a pouch of chargers when we checked out, they quickly got in touch with us and sent it out to us at the same day. I appreciate your kindness so much, we will choose to stay at your property again...

Its a beautiful quite boutique hotel that provides a complimentary ferry ride to the city. The restaurant serves very good breakfast and dinner with very tasty food. I would most definitely stay there again. All the staff, especially in the kitchen, are friendly and happy to help.

Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

Ants are in the property, no dish washing detergent

Wonderful stay, the property is really great, there is security guard at the door opening for all guests. Every single one is super polite. Easy to rent bike around, easy access to the beach and everything. Kiddy pool was a blast, sauna was cool too. We utilized all the amenities offered. The apartment itself is clean and appliances are nice. We like the fact there is a washing machine onsite. Cute decoration!

All the staff was so nice and warm.

Nice hotel great location to watch the fireworks for new years. Very welcoming and friendly staff

Nice and clean

6 starts hotel. Amazing!!!

From morning coffee to evening wine, every moment felt richer in such a nurturing environment.

Basically I've a great experience staying at Sheraton. However, I would like to feedback to Hotels.com in regarding the booking procedure. It's clearly stated the hotel amenities include breakfast and wifi services. But upon booked, there's no option for me to choose whether I should include all the services and I assumed that I'm entitled for all the amenities. It's NOT the case. I only be informed that my booking did not come with breakfast and room's wifi when I checked into the hotel. This...

Big beautiful pool to hang out after a day out . Close to the airport and about a 25 min ride to the touristy things , but the taxis using grab are very reasonable. The staff were so kind and helpful . One staff member went above and beyond . Thank you Tri for for all the recommendations about where to go in the city and help with Grab app etc .

Great location! Room came with washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Slight water leak from the standing shower, every time you showered. Also got access to a gym, which could be cleaner. Service, especially from Dang, was great!
