LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Very clean, neat, & the staff was absolutely fantastic!! Food was great! Oh the saunas were so so so relaxing. The only reason I checked off the area outside of the property being unsafe is that Ecuador was under marshall law so we did not feel safe outside the hotel. BUT WE FELT TOTALLY SAFE & COMFORTABLE INSIDE!!! Did I mention how friendly the staff were!!!!! Cannot wait to came back!

This was an amazing Sanctuary located in the mountains above the city of Quito. It was very easy to get there. We had the room called the cathedral which was amazing with a natural in-ground hot tub the authenticity of the rooms and the decor made you feel as though you are having the best Ecuadorian experience ever. They take care of you like kings and queens. The views are incredible of the mountains from the comfort of your bed and Lamas and peacocks at your windows and doors so peaceful so...

I’ve traveled all over the world, five countries in the last 12 months. I have to say that this hotel had the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I was treated like a king as a regular traveler. I never leave reviews but I want the next traveler to Quito to find this gem.

My colleague and I had the most wonderful experience at Swissotel, Quito! The staff were amazing, the facilities are beautiful and the location is also great. I would definitely love to visit again! Special shout out to Orlando who really took care of us! He’s a superstar and provided the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced! Thanks guys! Hope to see you all again some day!

NH Collection Quito was an oasis. Rooms were super clean and spacious. The front desk gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We had stayed in the historic center the week before. We were really glad we came to this area for a change.

The hotel was very clean, the hotel restaurant was delicious, the gym pool & sauna where incredibly relaxing. I stayed there for my parents 50th anniversary/wedding celebration. The reception hall was elegant. But, above all THE STAFF, what can I say. They went above & beyond to make my parents day a day to REMEMBER! Andrea from reception & event planning we thank you for all your hard work. We will never forget you. We will definitely come back!
