A beautiful hotel in the perfect location! We were constantly impressed with the staff- everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and made the stay a 10/10. The food in the restaurant was delicious, our room was spacious, and we couldn’t get enough of the views. The housekeeping staff was especially wonderful! The location in the historic heart of Quito is ideal, the decor elegan but not osentaious, the beds comfortable, the fresh cooked breakfast delicious, and the staff gracious, warm and flawlessly professional.This is one of the nicest hotel stays I have ever experienced.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff super helpful. The exterior walls are very thin and we had trouble sleeping because of all of the outside noise. The bed is also very hard.

Hotel is in the historic centre next to presidential palace. Staff - the best I have encountered in Ecuador. Friendly, helpful and kind to my little boy. Food was traditional and delicious. Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The staff is exceptional in all respects. The restaurant is superb. The location is in the heart of the old, historic park of the city, so walking around is fun and safe. If we were to return, we would hope to stay here again
