The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). After some of the negative comments I had read, I was honestly a little worried, but I had NO complaints. The hotel is beautiful, the air conditioning is frigid (it was 105 degrees F outside), the room, positively sumptuous. The dinner was great. The breakfast was simple but perfect. The parking lot is around the corner, but safe. And it’s centrally located.

This is a wonderful place too stay with one drawback - there’s no restaurant which means driving to Gaillac too find somewhere to eat. Alternatively, the room has a mini-kitchen and there are ready-to-heat meals available - beautifully presented in glass jars…and the chateau’s own wines are excellent

We had the best time in Albi! Hotel es Pasteliers made our time in Albi even better. The Hotel is in walking distance to the city centre. The Hotel is charming and the people are so warm it made our stay very memorable. They gave us wonderful dinner suggestions. I would stay here again!
