"Si l'accueil est parfait, tant de la part de la directrice que du personnel l'état général de cet hôtel laisse à désirer: Peinture des fenêtres écaillée et très ancienne, ardoises décollées sur l'auvent, fissures dans le bâtiment, papier
de chambre défraichie, moquette au sol tout juste propre.
Par contre la nourriture des dîners est remarquable. Le repas à 35 euros et 45 euros avec les vins est de qualité supérieure."

Wonderful location the staff was very pleasant and helpful our room was clean it was a beautiful old building. The breakfast was very good. There is no AC but with the window open it cooled off at night

This is a wonderful place too stay with one drawback - there’s no restaurant which means driving to Gaillac too find somewhere to eat. Alternatively, the room has a mini-kitchen and there are ready-to-heat meals available - beautifully presented in glass jars…and the chateau’s own wines are excellent

We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. They were very quick to respond to any questions through Whatsapp. We didn't find street parking, but there is a free public parking lot at 11 Rue de la Madeleine. The location is...

Our stay was absolutely magical. We found the Maison because of a last minute detour and what an absolutely incredible stay. A simple, yet elegant accommodation with a lovely breakfast. The host was lovely and very helpful. I hope my wanderings bring me back to this lovely place!

This is a new hotel situated in the small quiet village of Villeneuve, recognised as one France's most beautiful villages.
The hotel itself is impeccably clean and well furnished. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable and the staff were gracious and attentive.

Everything was sublime. Emilie was the consummate host. The accommodations were clean, lovely, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

People at the desk could not have been more helpful. Very kind, very polite. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but could not beat the price. For our purpose, it was very well located albeit not right downtown.
