"This is truly a 5 star hotel experience. From the initial greeting by the staff at check in to the very informative concierges. The room was well appointed and the housekeeping staff was very responsive. We had an issue with a shower head leak that was resolved within the hour. "My room was occupied by someone else. Hotel failed to let me know in advance, and I had to stay in a room I did not want to stay initially. Gym is good, restaurant downstairs is great- good food options and quality. Kids friendly. Pizza on the top floor restaurant is not good. Would not come back. Lack of communication is beyond my understanding. In 2025 is beyond simple to let your guest know about change in a booking arrangements prior their visit. "
