No coffeemaker, no nothing. Just towels, soap, body wash. Amazingly, this was billed as a "deluxe"...

There were so many special things waiting for you when you arrive; a glass of wine, fresh fruit, snacks, even fresh cut roses in your room. All of it was done in a professional and caring way.
