"We love the Mirage, we were disappointed the room we wanted wasn’t available however no one checked in or out of it whilst we were there. Check in was a struggle as the staff member did not have a good understanding or room types. All service staff were amazingly friendly as usual though. "i was happy with the service. i was unhappy as i had requested a room with a good view (ie over the pool) as it was a special occasion, the booking was made months ago, and we got view over the street. happy with the room, very disappointing with the view/ location of the room. "
