"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Our upgraded room was spacious, had a nice view, and a big bathroom. It was about a 20 minute walk from the Louvre, 45 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. However there’s a metro station just a 4 minute walk away that was very convenient. "

"Property is beautiful and room is very comfortable and nice deco, well lite. The light wiring gets to a weird state which you need to reset here and there. Not liking the dark entrance in the hallway to the room which seemed like going in a cave. Location is quite convenient to shops, eateries and transportations. Checkin/out is very slow for some reason ? It took about 30 minutes for us. However, staff if very nice. There is no steam room or sauna room in the hotel itself. "

We had to call the front desk several times for these items. Breakfast service was not very attentive. We had to go look for the waiter repeatedly to get coffee and refills of coffee. "I loved my stay at Sofitel, the staffs are the warmest and super helpful. Room is so clean and they changed sheets for us everyday. Tbh I haven’t experienced this good service for a long time in the US, this almost felt a little unreal. However, I have to point out that the breakfast is quite disappointing. It is said until 11am but 10:15am they already took away everything. And the salad was all rotten veggies in my bowl…..the breakfast is so expensive, highly recommend eating outside. "
