"The staff we talked to was nice. The hallway upstairs and the room were smelly. It’s just bad odor since there is not windows. I’m sure the cleaning crew cleans there but I’m sensitive to smells so it bothered me. But of course, I got used to it after awhile. The amenity is so minimal. No water in the room, no kettle. The soap bottles were not filled up (it had plenty in there but decent hotels will pay attention to the details). I don’t think it’s their cleaning crews fault. It’s the hotel....

"This hotel is a great find. Very modern and efficient, had everything I needed except bottled water. It was cute and clean and the staff was very helpful. It’s conveniently located next to two large metro stations, so commuting into the tourist areas is quite easy after you figure out the system. I would stay at other CitizenM locations after this one. "We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and perfect for a couple. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The borrowed umbrellas were very appreciated this stay! I added the breakfast when I booked and it was everything we needed. The Americanos were delicious. We really enjoy the CitizenM format of the low profile room. The black out blinds meant it was perfectly dark and the room was quiet."
