Extremely difficult to work with as it took 3-4 attempts to get a response each time. Once there, staff is very nice but for the amount they charge it is not worth it."

But there was an instance when our room key stopped working and we were at the top level locked out and waited 30 mins for someone to come to the top level to help us out with a replacement key card. We even called the reception 3 times and there was still a major delay. That was not expected at all."
