"As regulars, we love the setting and architectural splendour here. The spa is good. The food, however, is disappointing. Breakfast could be improved with quality bread and hotter cooked food. Pastries quite limited and fruit quite basic. We recommend cooking some bacon to crispy, replacing the bread which is the worst we’ve had in a hotel. The stunning lilies in the reception need care as pollen was dropping-it stains any material it contacts "

The food in the restaurant (including breakfast) was superb and the service throughout the hotel was second to none. "We had a lovely stay for a long weekend for our big wedding anniversary. Very comfortable room and lovely breakfast every day. Only 13amp charger for the EV but that was absolutely no problem as there are plenty of public chargers available round and about and we just used one of those whilst we were out for an evening meal on our first night Fresh milk and bottled water available for ‘proper’ coffee in brew bags and wide selection of teas which was nice and so much better than long life...

"The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better. "

"Beautiful Manor Hotel in the most picturesque village set in the hills of the Cotswolds. The staff did everything to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Walking trails were close to hotel and beautiful. Golf course was excellent and golf club was great food and service. We will definitely be back."
