"Second time staying here while visiting relatives and taking in some of the historic sites. Nicely upgraded rooms since last time, and the staff are always very helpful and friendly - especially the team at breakfast. Lovely hotel and great value. "

"Das ist meine 2. Bewertung, da wir 2 Nächte übernachtet haben. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört alles vom Nachbarzimmer, insbesondere im Bad. Im Nachbarzimmer wurde geraucht, obwohl das verboten war, unser Bad sowie unser Zimmer war voll mit Zigarettenqualm !!! Auf dem Bett waren mehrere Haare vom Vor-Gast. Ebenso in der Badewanne !!! Hygiene = 0. das Personal ist jedoch TOP ! Sehr freundlich !!!"

"The hotel was clean and the room heating worked fine. Our room was not ready for 1.5 hours after the check in time and then they gave us a room right next to the elevator which makes a lot of noise. I asked for another room and they gave us one that was on a higher floor, very quiet with a beautiful view. They also brought us a nice tray of sweets to make up for the previous problem. "
