"The location was good and the apartment was clean. The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. The ocean view in the description didn’t exist. Would stay somewhere...

"Friendly personnel & convenient location. 27 Tapas is the hit. One thing to bring up - not sure if it’s supposed to be that way at Souma hotel - when we had breakfast, nobody took away our used plates until we asked one of the passing by personnel to help us with that… Being the world traveller I thought I’d been familiar with the way a buffet breakfast works. Apparently, not enough. Thanks to all for the nice stay and warm hospitality. "
