The hotel should not let fans in to sit in the lobby and wait to see the artists. Some of them where at the lobby bar and spent but still stayed many hours waiting. The hotel should give priority to the guests that are paying a rate to stay in there

Beautiful hotel needs a little attention

Very friendly service. Comfortable in general but the bathroom faucet leaked, and one of the towels had some sticky green material on it; for the price, these things shouldn't really happen.
