"We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip to Lake Como and were extremely disappointed, not just by what happened, but by how the hotel handled it. A complete stranger was given a key to our room and entered while I was in the shower. My partner, who was also undressed, was in the room and once the man saw my partner he quickly left. "This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "
