"The hotel property is beautiful, the rooftop restaurant, and even the lobby bar had wonderful service and great views. The front desk staff was helpful and amazing to work with as I needed a last minute upgrade. Even the valet took excellent care and time and attention!"

"Mid stay"

"Nothing like any Sofitel I knew in other cities and worse than few years ago when I visited here. Bed sheaths were unclean( stain on it!) and even though I took them off, they put them back again. Will not come back here."

"I had a beautiful balcony with city and harbor views!! The room was spacious and I was able to enjoy Maximon for a delicious breakfast. The hotel bedding was plush and comfortable. The area around the hotel was a great backdrop for a safe and pleasant run by the water. It was easy to travel to other restaurants and activities like the Aquarium and inner harbor boat tours. I would definitely recommend the Four Seasons Hotel. I will definitely visit again!"

"Edificio hermoso, atención impecable."

"Beautiful"

So we paid at checkout but we got given a room overlooking engineering works that started at 5 am! We also frequently heard people in adjoining rooms. Room decor v dull and cold. Bed uncomfortable."

The rooms are outdated, poorly cleaned, and terribly maintained. The noise levels are unacceptable. Housekeeping staff constantly slam doors in the hallways, creating continuous disturbances and making it nearly impossible to relax. I find it astonishing that a hotel with such poor standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service could...

"فندق ممتاز ونظيف وقريب من كل المحلات وكل شي"

"Very friendly staff, clean room and great on-site restaurant."

"My husband and I stayed here on a “staycation” for our anniversary weekend. The location was excellent, our room category was great, and the bathroom was luxurious. We will absolutely stay here again!"
