Hotel staff was really helpful and has offered baby cot with no Fee for our child. The location and the park just outside are simply excellent, nreakfast was nice, but the only one disappointment was buffet dinner, as for me the variety of dishes could have been wider

It’s a real gem!
The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable.

Roomers was a slight shock when I arrived - everything was black or dark
Even light switches were black! But I soon was won over by the sheer quality of the decor and thoughtfulness of the design. Quality marble bathroom, large designer gels/shampoos instead of silly small bottles, TV that is seamless in the wall but swivels to allow viewing in bed or on the couch. A shuttered window looking down onto the lobby. A vintage Bluetooth speaker. An alcove with a modern statue. Hi tech lifting system...

I always stay with Hilton and I booked a room on the 11th floor (Executive Level) and it was much better than expected. The Executive level proivde food and drinks with the room! The view in the Suite was outstanding and service was excelent everyday. The room was very big with a seprerate living TV room and nice size bathroom with seperate shower and tub for soaking.
The only suggestion is the AC would not lover the room past 73deg and did not seem to cool the room well.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—central to everything and made exploring the area so easy. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!
