We travel a few times a year and stay in different hotels and properties. We absolutely loved this very unique resort. The staff were so professional yet very personable. They were there to truly serve the guests and to make sure every need of their guests are made. Thank you all for making us feel valued. Melissa, the room director was extremely helpful. We will go back there when we return to NICE.

Love everything about this hotel...from the front staff to the valet attendants the service was excellent. We were greeted with smiles each and Every time we entered the hotel and when we left. Was here with my parents. We consider this one of the nicest hotels on the promenade strip - location really is central (downtown is out the back entrance), decor and room are beautiful, and couldn't get enough of that view, including from the beach. Recommend getting a prestige room with balcony overlooking courtyard.
