"The check in was a bit confusing. There were no staff at the pool or service at all at the pool. It was a trek to the bar and tiu had to carry your drinks on a tray down stairs and in the lift !! Mojito was not right, not enough sugar or lime. Pillows in the bedroom were too big and we couldn't get the tv to work. There seemed to be an absence of staff. Not great coffee at breakfast, it tasted like nescafe. "

"Really nice property,away from the crowds but at the same time close enough to walk around and explore Porto. There is a little uphill walk back to the hotel so probably not great if you find walking hard. The room sizes were amazing and the bedrooms are lovely - huge rooms and very tastefully decorated in a retro seventies style, massive bathrooms with double sinks and bidet. Didn't like the fact that the bathroom had no walk in shower - most people would prefer if a shower rather than having...

"The grounds were beautiful. The days were cool and rainy so we did not use the pool but it was great to sit around. The breakfast was awesome and the wait staff were excellent. The room was very large and clean. Loved our stay."

"We were check in remotely so no human contact. The property owners send us code to get into the property plus code to get key into apartment. We had difficulty getting into the apartment using the key. Luckily the co owner was downstairs cleaning an apartment. She help us with the door.building has lift.
