"Room service offerings needs to be improved for the category of hotel this is. Instead of a turkey wrap, I asked for a turkey sandwich. They said they couldn’t do it because the wraps a premade. Also, only beer and wine at the pool. Carpet in hotel hallways needs to be cleaned or replaced."
