"Our 12th floor room had views over the railway station towards Adelaide Oval and thankfully was very well insulated from noise from the ground during a football match. The room was quite spacious with a return bench that worked as a desk, an easy chair in one corner and plenty of room around the bed. The bed itself was comfortable and the entire room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was a little squeazy (shower-over-bath isn't for everyone) but scupulously clean. "Staying at Intercontinental Adelaide is like my home away from home. On arrival I'm always greeted with excellent customer service from all staff. When staying here, I aways choose to have lounge access. The staff in the lounge go above and beyond. The service is always 10/10. Saturday night was extremely busy and staff were run of there feet but they always had service with a smile and were always making sure guest were well looked after. "The staff are welcoming...from the Car park Valet staff to the Reception staff . The lovely views from the large windows and very comfy beds and the great bathrooms, it was a lovely stay. And the welcome drink is a nice touch.😊"

"We stayed for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is just stunning and was the perfect location for getting ready. We just wish we had a room on the river side as our view was just the top and sides of other buildings which doesn’t make the best view. I have stayed before on the river side and it is just stunning. The staff were friendly and went out of there way to help us enjoy our stay."
