"The building is beautiful and our room was large with separate bedroom and windows on 3 sides. The bathroom was spotless and the rooms very clean and housekeeping made sure it was kept that way. Our housekeepers were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy! All the staff from check-in, restaurants, the spa, the bellmen and of course our house keepers were polite, helpful and attentive!"

Fantastic service, great food, great location...I would stay here again. Few suggestions: The pool area needs work, we did not find anybody attending or helping us in the locker room. The water was not warm in the pool and we found no towels or chairs to relax in the sauna section - which is necessary after the use of the sauna. Eco commitment needs to be upgraded: lots of little plastic bottles for water, towels, and sheets were changed every day. As this is nice, I think we can work better...

Stayed May 27th - June 2nd 2025 ....I liked that it was peaceful, welcoming, warm, relaxing and the ambience was everything. The hosts were friendly, intelligent and every guest I met was nice, even though we spoke different languages. I genuinely did not want to leave and will definitely be back. The host put a lot of thought into preparing breakfast every morning and has the best dogs I've ever come across. I am from Trinidad and Tobago and we tend to scrutinize everything outside our country....
