"Ebb Dunedin appears to be a newish hotel, it is close to main shopping area and has parking beneath (extra charge). There is a cafe on site but due to our arrival time, was Closed. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with usual tea / coffee making, fridge and stocked mini bar. There is a tv but unable to stream to it. The staff were friendly & professional. The rooms to the front of the hotel look out onto the rear wall of the shopping centre, I’ll add at this point that the area is...
