First time to Germany. This hotel is immaculate. Breakfast was great each day. Staff could not have been any more courteous

Staff was excellent from the check-in to the concierge.

I always stay with Hilton and I booked a room on the 11th floor (Executive Level) and it was much better than expected. The Executive level proivde food and drinks with the room! The view in the Suite was outstanding and service was excelent everyday. The room was very big with a seprerate living TV room and nice size bathroom with seperate shower and tub for soaking. A shuttered window looking down onto the lobby. A vintage Bluetooth speaker. An alcove with a modern statue. Hi tech lifting system...

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—central to everything and made exploring the area so easy. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!
