"The checked-in process was greeted with a smile and quick. Were stayed three nights and four days. The hotel was cleaned and quieted. The rooms were nice and cleaned. Staffs were friendly and smiles. The breakfast buffet had decent varieties of selections. Our kids had a great time and said they want to stay here again next time we’re in Vung Tau. We definitely be back."

"One elevator for 15 floors with 50 units per floor is a fire and safety hazard. Waiting time for each time in or out was crazy. Will not stay there again. "

"We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time."

"The check in was terrible long. Even though we already communicated on WhatsApp and has confirmed the check in time. The bathroom towels was dirty and ripped. I was of the ratings of this place I was so disappointed it. "

"Pools and beach access was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and the resort restaurant food was good as well. There's a convenient store across the street that is super useful and stocked with plenty of drinks, water, snacks, and alcohol. There's nothing else to do or go to within walking distance of the resort though. "
