"Staying on the Executive Floor is the only way to go. You are pampered from the moment you arrive. "Nice enough hotel, just getting a little tired but it wasn’t too bad. Spa locker rooms could use some TLC as could the gym but it was fine. Hot tub wasn’t that hot and was kind of cheap looking. Nobody helped us with our bags upon arrival so that was disappointing … And it took a lot of attempts to get help with the baggage when we were leaving, but it got done… Other than that Amy concierge was truly outstanding! I also had an incredible spa service in their spa."
