"Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, food and surroundings. Big, big downfall was the pool area - full of unruly, very rude / naughty children / teenagers not staying at the hotel. They were extremely rude to us and other guests which left us unable to use the pool due to their behaviour and vile manners.
