"I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for one night, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Located within walking distance of shopping mall. Reception staff were helpful. I really liked the restaurant, which had wide choice of food selection for breakfast and dinner. I was extremely impressed with restaurant staff who provided really good service. I will certainly use this hotel again."

"The rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. Very disappointing. The morning breakfast comes with an ear basting performance of people “dancing” in costumes, clogging up the...

"The resort had speakers at various spots, and they played religious chants from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and again in the evening around 7:00 pm tp 8:00 pm. That is not ok. I don't go to a nature resort to have music/chants on speakers and be disturbed or woken up by such things. Also, they may want to specify that there is no in-room food service."
