"I am leaving this review to warn families about the shocking lack of safety, care, and basic professionalism at SAii Laguna Phuket. My wife was severely stung by a jellyfish on the beach directly in front of the resort. A little boy staying at the hotel was also stung. The resort had posted absolutely no warning signs, no flags, and gave no verbal alerts about active jellyfish. The resort's response to this emergency was completely unacceptable. The staff offered zero medical assistance and did...

"What can I say - 10/10! Absolute haven located just 7 minute drive north of the action of Pa Tong. There are little food stalls out front of the hotel on the beach making everything from curries to Pad Thai. The pool was beautiful and right outside my room! The room was so big and the bathroom so spacious. Honestly can't think of a better place to stay in Pa Tong! Other guests were chill which is what I wanted - a little retreat from the chaos of downtown but close enough to come and go as I...

"Thank you"

"Beautiful hotel and site. excel service"

"Alles wirklich ausgezeichnet!

"Very nice "

"We were greeted with a special tea and cool cloths, then driven up to our suite. Our driver brought our bags in and showed us how to use everything. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious. You also can get a ride to and from the restaurant as it can be a walk depending on where you are staying in the villa. They also offer a shuttle to and from kamala beach throughout the day. We had an very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back again!"

"My Husband and I came here for our Honeymoon. Exceptional experience!!! When we first arrived, we were greeted with such kind gestures & smiles. The staff here always made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Our room always met our expectations. Very clean, very well kept & maintained. Food was AMAZING! No complaints with each dish at every restaurant. We would personally like to thank your lovely staff. At the Waterfront breakfast buffet, Nu, Niwat served us with smiles, greeted us with...

"Stayed on all inclusive basis - the main reason for 3 star review was lack of food options - 3 restaurants to choose from with same menu every night for 13 nights... led to understand there is a buffet option with theme nights but wasn't informed upon booking that this would not be available as low season. Other than that hotel was lovely, staff what you would expect but no wow factor."
