Never before had I stayed at a hotel where I felt as comfortable in a familial environment—the room accommodations, the restaurant, and the drivers were all amazing! I can't say enough about our phenomenal experience. We are already making plans to return next September. I love, love this hotel. "

"What a wonderful place to stay. We felt welcomed right from the start with the airport pick-up. The driver was like our tour guide to the hotel. We were greeted with champagne and snacks as we checked in. The location is perfect location to get to Waterfront and hop on hop off bus line. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. *Only bummer situation was the power went out in our room. It was clear it was a problem that occurred in the morning. We were not informed about the problem. If we knew we would have returned earlier while there was sunlight to pack up. It was quite difficult to do even with using our cellphone flashlight. But on the upside they did upgrade us, which made our last night stay pleasant. "

He and his staff ensured that I had every single thing I needed to be comfortable as I recovered. Rozen was a joy to engage with at breakfast each morning. This is a wonderful property within walking distance to the Victoria Wharf. I'm excited to stay at this property during future visits to Cape Town. "
