"This is probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn't because they felt they had to be nice but genuinely all just seemed to be lovely people who couldn't do enough for me. Without trying to sound trite, it really was nice to come back to every time as they all seemed so pleased to see you. I thought I would be late arriving, as there was an issue on the railway line from Da Nang, so I messaged the hotel. Unlike most places I contact, the reply came back almost straight away....

"The Kobi Onsen resort is a new, up and coming resort located near Hue. Just outside the city proper, it provides transportation to many nearby activities. The rooms were fantastic and the resort was incredible. We took advantage of the Onsen and the Spa and enjoyed both. Two areas to improve would be: (1) in the responsiveness to orders - it often took quite a while to get drinks; and (2) the meals - we had several meals there. I would recommend westerners avoid the western food - it might not...

"Gorgeous green property, exceptionally clean rooms, wonderful kind accommodating staff. Our room lacked privacy somewhat but was beautiful (we could hear other peoples conversations as we were next to pool). Best hotel breakfast we had especially for vegetarians. Also wonderful foot massage at spa. "

"We're glad to just stayed for one night to this hotel (originally planning to stay for two nights but they don't have extra room the next day). Start with the check in staff cant find our reservation so we have to wait until ok. They want us to pay $5 extra to check in early as we arrived 1:15 pm. We wait for 2 pm. Room very spacious, one light on the wall so kinda dark. Table lamp is not working, over all the room is old. Bathroom ok. The big disappointment!!! is the Wi-Fi, works for few...
