"Hotels in Shenzhen are not really rated at the same level, in terms of stars, as those in many other metropolitan areas. 5-star ratings here seem to be more like 4-star elsewhere. Hiro (Manager) is helpful. Channing (front desk) is an expert with the parcels and luggage. They gladly kept my luggage since i wasnt able to bring it to my flight cuz overweight.
