"We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. "Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called.
