"We were really looking forward to our stay but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. For the price we paid, we were surprised and disappointed to find that there was no Wi-Fi in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When we brought it up with the staff, we were told the problem was on our end — not the property’s. Overall, a frustrating experience that fell short of the standard we anticipated. "Our stay was amazing. The staff were exceptional, very attentive and so friendly. We enjoyed several meals at the hotel as well as a local wine tasting. When we travelled into Ragusa for dinner they arranged a taxi for us. Special details; lovely welcome drinks, adorable animals (the owners dog Max was a delightful surprise) and the staff were extremely patient with me practising my Italian. Could not recommend more - the incredible value was a delightful perk but frankly we would have happily paid more for such a great time. "
