An absolutely wonderful hotel. The people were extraodinarily gracious, welcoming and relentlessly helpful and kind. The room was oddly shaped, but who cares? The bed was luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast? Incredible? Over-the-top excellent. One note: The hotel is located in a modern, developed and somewhat sterile suburb of Modica, a bit removed from the city itself. A lovely property, peaceful, well-kept with lovely clean rooms. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful. Delicious restaurant perfect for the evenings. Parking is also very convenient. Will definitely stay again!

A beautiful property that is well maintained. The view from the balcony in our room was incredible and the property gardens and pool are gorgeous. But the best part of our stay is the wonderful staff. They go out their way to be kind and helpful and we really appreciated all their efforts. They even provided a free olive oil tasting that we greatly enjoyed. It also is worth noting the quality of the food in the restaurant was exceptional. We had a wonderful visit all around.

Incredible setting and resort design. Everything was perfect. You could tell that a good architect was involved. They had the best pool I ever swimmed in. The Spa is new, as the hotel and very good. Latest electronic technology everywhere. It took a while to get used to it.

San Giorgio Palace has a spectacular location atop Ragusa. When you exit the hotel on floor 5, it's just a few flights of stairs up to the main square in Ragusa with all its sights, shops and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating at check in and departure. The breakfast was great. The only difficulty we encountered was not the hotel's doing but worth mentioning. Apple and Google maps both brought us the upper level of the hotel which required meticulous navigation on tiny streets to...

Great Staffs!

Architecturally stunning. Most all breads, meats, cheeses, and even vines made, bred or grown on their 38 hectares of surrounding property. Service was everything you would expect from a 5 star accommodation. Room appropriate for surroundings but a little small.

This hotel had a lot of local charm. The breakfast room was absolutely beautiful and the buffet had a lot of choices. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The immediate area had a good amount of dining options.

Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa.

Amazing city and very friendly people. Very easy to navigate and incredible vistas from high points in the area. If you have a car park it as soon as possible. Streets are great for walking, but unless you are a local navigating these narrow streets is beyond your pay grade.

Friendly staff, beautiful property and the best hotel breakfast we have had so far. We had an issue and it was resolved quickly. Definitely recommend. Location is a bit difficult to find, but we'll worth it.
