From the check in process to all the way to check out and preparing our rental car for our next destination was amazing and thoughtfully done. The location is amazing and i would not consider anything else if i am staying in Cologne again.

Great property within walking distance of the best of Mainz and good parking area. Place was nice and perfect for a small family to stay for a few days.

This was the most luxurious and amazing stay we have ever experienced! The staff was phenomenal ensuring our stay was simply magical! The ambience can not be matched! We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! One of the staff was very very arrogant rude he gave me my room card and the room was very dirty not clean so I go back to him he told me we don't have house keeping at the moment and I will offer u new towels I told him what r u saying to stay in a dirty room he reply back don't shout at me then his manger or colleague he apologized to me and give me new room I spent in this hotel 6 night this happend at 08-july-2017 12:07 am .

The view from the room was overlooking the lake, it is amazing, I used to stay at Breidenbacher Hof but this hotel has more friendly stuff and a view.

A nice apartment in a great location

This hotel is in a great location near a bus stop and so easy to get to the train station. The room had a kitchenette with a separate living room/ dining area. It was well stocked with cups, plates and cookware. My only complaint is that there were no screens on the windows so we had a few visiting mosquitoes. This is one of the most beautiful European hotels that we have stayed in. The ambiance, history, and warmth of the hotel is magical. You feel like you're staying in a Queen's castle but our room was updated and comfortable. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was superb. I recommended this highly!!

It’s a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area.
