"Very conveniently located across from the entrance to Petra. The staff are very friendly, and even gave us complimentary late checkout when we requested it. They will also fill your water bottles with cold water and ice - much needed for a hot day out in Petra! My only criticism is that I would not recommend eating dinner here. The food was very average, and much more expensive compared to the restaurants nearby."

"We arrived at 0400 and check in was no problem. The suite was large with a separate private patio, seating area and bathroom. We had buffet breakfast each morning which had a wide and varied choice. We sat outside on the balcony and were fortunate that an inconsiderate smoker only sat down once. "This hotel was the perfect place to base myself for exploring Petra. I received a free upgrade to a bigger room on arrival with a gorgeous view out over the valley. The hotel is out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main street of Petra which I thought might have been a bit disappointing but proved to be great respite. "such a shame ! the property could be very nice ( very nice buildings ) but there is a clear lack of maintenance overall ( green swimmingpool , old furniture in the bedroom , broke hairdryer). service is not particularly good , especially in the spa when they had us waiting for an hour because the therapist was delayed . location remains far from petra. really not worth the price, this is not a 5 stars , more 3 ... run away ..."
