Great hotel in a great location. The room was very clean, the staff (without exception) were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was really good (particularly the rooftop restaurant). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other visiting Petra.

This was an amazing stay, just across the street from the Petra Visitor Center. You can't beat the location of this hotel if you are visiting Petra. The hotel is beautiful (the courtyard is so nice!) and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Try to get there for the chocolate and bar happy hour too!

This is a beautiful hotel right across from the Petra visitor centre. Super convenient. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Lovely bar - though more than a little pricey. Overall the perfect option for a couple of days in Petra.

Great stay. Hotel is very convenient for seeing Petra - right across the road from the entrance. The staff are lovely and can't do enough to help. The restaurant is also good, with a very good buffet dinner and breakfast. Bar area is nice too. All in all a great stay.

We arrived at the resort with our rental car flashing warning signs that we were out of gas. (FYI, rentals in Jordan do not come with a full tank of gas). The staff went out of their way to assist us with our problem. Overall the facilities, staff and location were all top notch. I doubt you could find a better place to stay in Petra.

Perfect hotel to visit Petra

Perfect hotel to visit Petra, it is literally opposite the entrance to the Visitor Centre. The staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough to make the stay special. Moath and Motaz in particular in the restaurant were particularly lovely and offered exceptional service!

It’s an expensive luxury hotel. I was able to reserve a quiet room, but the reservation had to go through a third party, which is best avoided, but not possible with this hotel to book directly with them.

The hotel is beautiful and right in front of Petra but that’s it! nothing to do or see. Plus it says all inclusive and it’s not at all. Prices are outrageous and don’t have a choice as you can’t go anywhere else. It is also 3 hrs from the Amaan Airport. I asked to reduce my night to 1 but hotel denied. There is literally nothing to do n didn’t feel safe outside. We still left n lost the other 2 nights.
